Download from AMPPS, run the Wizard (exe) file, Click Next, Accept the agreement and click Next, Next, Next to accept the default installation path (Recommended), Next, select which icons you wish creating and click Next, then click Install. Finally click Finish.

The control panel automatically starts up and you can see that both Apache and MySQL have started.

Clicking on the House brings up the AMPPS front page with all the software available listed by catageory.

Open up the Mails catageory and select phpList. Click Install tab.

Fill in a few details, such as the folder you wish to be created for your phplist install, admin name & password etc.

Clickthe grey Install button near the bottom of the page and wait for AMPPS to complete the installation.

Once complete, you'll be offered the links to your phpList install and it's admin access.

You can also find these from the All Installations link at the bottom of the AMPPS home page.
