Warning! More Income Tax Scams
I have had several scam Income Tax emails recently, most seem to be sent via a Canadian domain - including bonestructure.ca and controlleddemolition.ca A genuine email from the UK tax office would be sent from tax.s##e.gov.uk and most certainly not a Canadian domain.
There was also a HTML part to the message which had a link to the Government Gateway website which actually linked to visionsprings{.} com and not gov.uk and it was also addressed to an email address, not to me by name. All signs of a scam!
A genuine email would also NOT include any clickable links rather requesting that you log in to your existing Government Gateway using your browser and would look like the attached image.
