Shame the guy can't spell Senior, might just have been a valid email if he could spell (NOT!)
The infected ZIP file has a file name starting with your email prefix plus"_" then random characters and ends with the filetype of .doc which is probably fake as well.This doc file probably contains a exe file that will run automatically and infect your computer.
As always, please never respond to this sort of rubbish, delete the email immediately, never click on any links and certainly do not attempt to open the attachment.
